Intolerance is the greatest enemy of democracy. So that it builds up it must rest on social prerequisites will not be free, and are not abundant in society and national politics.

Why do countries like Argentina, Brazil and Chile have been able to lower their rate of inequality?
None of these questions are answered without admitting that modern organizations and intelligent left have affected the state's power structure and content of government policy with the prospect of building long term, always reaffirming a commitment to democracy.
Today, this is something that López Obrador unfortunately lacks.
